Strawberry 'Pegasus'

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Pegasus is thought of as hardy, so Pegasus will tend to go dormant or grow slowly over the winter months. Pegasus requires a loamy and clay soil with a ph of 5.5 - 7.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Look to ensure a distance 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 0.0 inches (0.0 cm) deep. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Pegasus is a hardy plant.
