Strawberry 'Lipstick'

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Lipstick is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Lipstick requires a loamy and clay soil with a ph of 5.5 - 7.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.0 inches (0.0 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Lipstick is a hardy plant.
