Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Egyptian is thought of as half hardy, so protect with a row cover whenever the temperatures drop. Ensure your soil is loamy and has a ph of between 6.5 and 7.0 as Beetroot is a weakly acidic soil to neutral soil loving plant.
