Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 5.5 and 6.5 as Shiraz likes to be in weakly acidic soil.

Growing Shiraz from seed

Aim to sow 0.99 inches (2.54 cm) deep and try to ensure a gap of at least 2.97 inches (7.62 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 4°C / 39°F to ensure good germination.

Transplanting Shiraz

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Shiraz is a half hardy plant.
