How to grow Cauliflower 'Quickheart'

Good companion plants: Dill, sage, mint, nasturtium, rosemary, beetroot, beans, lettuce and cucumber.

Avoid planting with: Garlic, rue, tomatoes and strawberries.

Keep in mind when planting that Quickheart is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures.

Growing Quickheart from seed

Recommended Sowing times:
Warm Areas: Sow Mid Autumn to Mid-Winter
Temperate Areas: Mid Autumn to End-Winter

Transplanting Quickheart

Transplant from seed beds when large enough to handle.

To prevent insect and disease problems, avoid planting in spots where other brassicas have been grown the previous three years.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Quickheart is a hardy plant.
