Ornamental pear 'Cleveland Select'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Cleveland Select is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Cleveland Select requires a clay, sandy and loamy soil with a ph of 5.5 - 7.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Cleveland Select is a hardy plant.

Expect harvests to start to occur in early spring.
