Melon 'Creme de Menthe'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Creme de Menthe is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Creme de Menthe needs a potting mix and loamy soil with a ph of 6.1 to 7.5 (weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil).

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 1.88 feet (58.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.5 inches (1.27 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 21°C / 70°F to ensure good germination.
