Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Heart of Gold is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Heart of Gold needs a potting mix and loamy soil with a ph of 6.1 to 7.5 (weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil).
