Carrot 'Nutri-Red'

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Nutri-Red is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. Planting Nutri-Red in loamy and sandy soil with a ph of between 6.0 and 6.5 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 0.39 inches (1.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.23 inches (0.6 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 16°C / 61°F to ensure good germination.
