Perennial phlox 'Border Gem'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Border Gem is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. Planting Border Gem in loamy and clay soil with a ph of between 6.1 and 7.8 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

As Border Gem is very hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
