Astilbe 'Elegans'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys dappled sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Elegans is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Elegans tends to grow best in a soil ph of between 5.6 and 7.5 meaning it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Aim for a seed spacing of approx. 1.46 feet (45.0 cm).

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Elegans is a hardy plant.
