How to grow Korean mint 'Apricot Sprite'

  • Full Sun

  • Medium

Rich, light, well-drained soil in full sun.

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Apricot Sprite is thought of as half hardy, so although it can survive a small mild cold snap, it is wise to ensure that this plant is protected from frost damage. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 5.5 and 7.5 as Apricot Sprite likes to be in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Growing Apricot Sprite from seed

Surface sow. Keep compost moist but not waterlogged.

Soil temperature should be kept higher than 15°C / 59°F to ensure good germination.

Transplanting Apricot Sprite

Acclimatise over 10-15 days before transplanting after all risk of frost has passed.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Apricot Sprite is a half hardy plant.
