Garden Gladiolus 'Pastel mixed'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Pastel mixed is thought of as half hardy, so remember to protect this plant from frosts and low temperatures. A soil ph of between 6.7 and 7.0 is ideal for Pastel mixed as it does best in weakly acidic soil - neutral soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 7.02 inches (18.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 4.29 inches (11.0 cm).

As Pastel mixed is half hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out (around 2°C / 36°F as a guideline) - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.

This variety tends to be ready for harvesting by mid summer.
