Garden Gladiolus 'Vista'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Vista is thought of as half hardy, so protect with a row cover whenever the temperatures drop. Ensure your soil has a ph of between 6.7 and 7.0 as Vista is a weakly acidic soil - neutral soil loving plant.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 7.02 inches (18.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 4.29 inches (11.0 cm).

Ensure that temperatures are mild (minimum night temperatures should be around 2°C / 36°F) and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Vista is a half hardy plant.

This variety tends to be ready for harvesting by mid summer.
