Spinach 'Samish'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to apply water fairly sparingly. Keep in mind when planting that Samish is thought of as half hardy, so although it can survive a small mild cold snap, it is wise to ensure that this plant is protected from frost damage. Planting Samish in loamy soil with a ph of between 6.0 and 7.0 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil to neutral soil.

Sow 0.49 inches (1.25 cm) deep with a guideline distance of 3.12 inches (8.0 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 8°C / 46°F to ensure good germination.
