Pea 'Legacy'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water very often. Keep in mind when planting that Legacy is thought of as half hardy, so it will need protecting in periods of cold weather. Ideally plant in loamy soil and try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 5.5 and 6.5 as Legacy likes to be in weakly acidic soil.

Aim to sow 0.99 inches (2.54 cm) deep and try to ensure a gap of at least 2.97 inches (7.62 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 4°C / 39°F to ensure good germination.

By our calculations, you should look at sowing Legacy about 35 days before your last frost date.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Legacy is a half hardy plant.
