Winter squash 'Black Angel'

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Black Angel is thought of as tender, so remember to ensure that temperatures are mild before moving outdoors. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.1 and 7.5 as Black Angel likes to be in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Aim to sow 1.17 inches (3.0 cm) deep and try to ensure a gap of at least 2.28 feet (70.0 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 21°C / 70°F to ensure good germination.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Black Angel is a tender plant.
