How to grow Leek 'Malabar'

Growing Malabar from seed
Ensure a distance of 0.39 inches (1.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - look to sow at a depth of approximately 0.78 inches (2.0 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 16°C / 61°F to ensure good germination.
Transplanting Malabar
Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Malabar is a very hardy plant.
