Common raspberry 'Jewel'

Plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Jewel is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Planting Jewel in clay soil with a ph of between 5.7 and 6.0 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil.

Try to ensure a gap of at least 1.62 feet (50.0 cm) when sowing to prevent overcrowding your seedlings.

As Jewel is hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
