African Violet 'Aca's Plum'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys dappled sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Aca's Plum is thought of as tender, so remember to wait until your soil is warm and the night time temperature is well above freezing before moving outside. Planting Aca's Plum in potting mix, sandy and loamy soil with a ph of between 6.1 and 6.5 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil.

Soil temperature should be kept higher than 22°C / 72°F to ensure good germination.

As Aca's Plum is tender, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
