African Violet 'A La La'

Possible to propigate by cuttings from leaves, suckers, or bloom stalks.

Try to plant in a location that enjoys dappled sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that A La La is thought of as tender, so remember to wait until your soil is warm and the night time temperature is well above freezing before moving outside. Planting A La La in potting mix, sandy and loamy soil with a ph of between 6.1 and 6.5 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil.

Soil temperature should be kept higher than 22°C / 72°F to ensure good germination.

As A La La is tender, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
