Keep in mind when planting that White is thought of as half hardy, so protect with a row cover whenever the temperatures drop.Soak Verbena seeds in tepid water 24 hours before sowing. Sow the seed in starter trays in a peaty mix. Press white Verbena flower seeds into the soil and lightly cover with peat moss. Verbena ground cover seeds need darkness for germination. Keep the tray away from direct sunlight.1
