Verbena 'White'

Verbena care includes trimming the plant back a time or two during the season to neaten its appearance and to promote more blooming.¹

Keep in mind when planting that White is thought of as half hardy, so protect with a row cover whenever the temperatures drop.

Soak Verbena seeds in tepid water 24 hours before sowing. Sow the seed in starter trays in a peaty mix. Press white Verbena flower seeds into the soil and lightly cover with peat moss. Verbena ground cover seeds need darkness for germination. Keep the tray away from direct sunlight.¹

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as White is a half hardy plant.
