How to grow Iris 'tie-dye'
Enjoys a full sun position in your garden and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that tie-dye is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to go dormant over the long winter months. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.1 and 7.8 as tie-dye likes to be in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.
Growing tie-dye from seed
Aim to sow 0.99 inches (2.55 cm) deep and try to ensure a gap of at least 1.19 inches (3.05 cm).
Transplanting tie-dye
Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as tie-dye is a very hardy plant.
