Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Ambassador Nogami is thought of as hardy, so Ambassador Nogami will tend to go dormant or grow slowly over the winter months. Ambassador Nogami requires a loamy soil with a ph of 5.5 - 6.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil.

Hybrid variety. Will not reliably grow true to type from seed.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Ambassador Nogami is a hardy plant.
