Nerine bowdenii

How to grow Guernsey lily 'Winter cheer'

Planting depth should be about 6cm (2in) of soil above the bulb to protect from frost damage or the bulbs can be planted where they half-emerge from the soil. Try not to disturb them after planted. They like to form a tight clump. Flowering may be sparse the first year. Plant in autumn or early winter. Mulch to protect from frost until they are fully established.1
