Opalka folklore & trivia

Family heirloom from Poland, which was brought to Amsterdam, NY (US) in the 1900s by Opalka family. Carolyn Male (NY MA C) got the seeds from her co-worker, Carl Swidorski, whose wife was from the Opalka family. Carolyn introduced it at SSE Yearbook in the 1990s.
