Sweet William 'Double Dwarf'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Double Dwarf is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to go dormant over the long winter months.

Start sweet William indoors 8 to 10 weeks before the last frost or buy plants already in bud. You can also sow them directly in the garden 3 weeks before the last frost for somewhat later bloom; in mild climates, sow in fall for bloom the following spring.¹

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Double Dwarf is a very hardy plant.
