Moulin Rouge likes a position of partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Moulin Rouge is thought of as tender, so remember to wait until your soil is warm and the night time temperature is well above freezing before moving outside. Moulin Rouge requires a loamy and clay soil with a ph of 5.0 - 6.0 - it grows best in moderately acidic soil to weakly acidic soil.
