Potato 'Lady Balfour'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Lady Balfour is thought of as tender, so remember to wait until your soil is warm and the night time temperature is well above freezing before moving outside. Planting Lady Balfour in loamy and clay soil with a ph of between 5.0 and 6.0 is ideal for as it does best in moderately acidic soil to weakly acidic soil.

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 11.7 inches (30.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 5.85 inches (15.0 cm).
