Chili pepper 'Firestorm'

Firestorm likes a position of full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Firestorm is thought of as tender, so it is really important to plant out well after your last frost date. Planting Firestorm in loamy and sandy soil with a ph of between 7.0 and 8.5 is ideal for as it does best in neutral soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Sow at a depth of approx. 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 1.95 inches (5.0 cm) between Chili pepper plants. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 18°C / 64°F to ensure good germination.

Transplant out when all danger of frost has passed.

As Firestorm is tender, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
