  • Medium

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. A soil ph of between 6.6 and 7.8 is ideal for Unique Mix as it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Growing Unique Mix from seed

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.25 inches (0.64 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 20°C / 68°F to ensure good germination.

By our calculations, you should look at sowing Unique Mix about 28 days before your last frost date.

Transplanting Unique Mix

As Unique Mix is tender, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
