How to grow Sage 'Flare'
Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Flare is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Flare needs a loamy and sandy soil with a ph of 4.9 to 8.2 (moderately acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil).
Growing Flare from seed
Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.23 inches (0.6 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 15°C / 59°F to ensure good germination.
Transplanting Flare
Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Flare is a hardy plant.
