Position in a full sun location and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Kong is thought of as half hardy, so remember to protect this plant from frosts and low temperatures. Planting Kong in loamy and clay soil with a ph of between 5.7 and 8.1 is ideal for as it does best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.
