How to grow Sunflower 'Bronze'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water often. Keep in mind when planting that Bronze is thought of as half hardy, so it will need cloching or fleece protection when the temperature dips. Ensure your soil is loamy and clay and has a ph of between 5.7 and 8.1 as Sunflower is a weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil loving plant.

Growing Bronze from seed

Look to ensure a distance 4.68 inches (12.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 0.49 inches (1.25 cm) deep. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 13°C / 55°F to ensure good germination.
