Iris 'But Beautiful'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that But Beautiful is thought of as hardy, so this plant will grow or become dormant during the winter. A soil ph of between 6.1 and 7.8 is ideal for But Beautiful as it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Sow at a depth of approx. 0.99 inches (2.55 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 1.19 inches (3.05 cm) between Iris plants.

As But Beautiful is hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
