Iris 'Sweeter than Wine'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Sweeter than Wine is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions. A soil ph of between 6.1 and 7.8 is ideal for Sweeter than Wine as it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Sow 0.99 inches (2.55 cm) deep with a guideline distance of 1.19 inches (3.05 cm).

As Sweeter than Wine is very hardy, ensure temperatures are mild enough to plant out - wait until after your last frost date to be on the safe side.
