How to grow Garden nasturtium 'Wina'

Plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Wina is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Wina requires a loamy, sandy and clay soil with a ph of 6.1 - 7.8 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Growing Wina from seed

If you soak the seeds in a glass of water overnight, before sowing them, they germinate a lot better!

Ensure a distance of 1.95 inches (5.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - look to sow at a depth of approximately 0.5 inches (1.27 cm).

Transplanting Wina

As the seedlings develop, thin to achieve a final spacing of 25cm.
