How to grow Rose 'Hot Lips'

Can be grown in a pot, although care should be taken to keep it in full sun as it will not thrive indoors for more than a couple of days. Spider mite can be a problem in very hot weather and care must be taken to avoid defoliation. 1

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Hot Lips is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Ensure your soil is loamy and has a ph of between 5.5 and 6.5 as Rose is a weakly acidic soil loving plant.
