Shade tolerant. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot. Resistant to mildew and rust. Easy to propogate from cuttings. Can be trained as climber. Tolerates shade.
Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Ballerina is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Ballerina requires a loamy soil with a ph of 5.5 - 6.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil.Hybrid. Sowing not an option.
