Corn salad 'piedmont'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that piedmont is thought of as half hardy, so it will need cloching or fleece protection when the temperature dips. piedmont tends to grow best in a soil ph of between 5.6 and 7.5 meaning it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil.

Look to ensure a distance 7.8 inches (20.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 0.58 inches (1.5 cm) deep.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as piedmont is a half hardy plant.
