Apple 'Akero'

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Akero is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 5.5 and 6.5 as Akero likes to be in weakly acidic soil.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Akero is a hardy plant.

This variety tends to be ready for harvesting by mid autumn.
