How to grow Lavandin 'Seal'

  • Partial Sun

  • Low

Try to plant in a location that enjoys partial sun and remember to apply water fairly sparingly. Keep in mind when planting that Seal is thought of as hardy, so this plant will survive close to or on freezing temperatures. Try to keep the ph of your soil between the range of 6.0 and 7.0 as Seal likes to be in weakly acidic soil - neutral soil.

Growing Seal from seed

Try to aim for a seed spacing of at least 1.95 inches (5.0 cm) and sow at a depth of around 0.23 inches (0.6 cm). Soil temperature should be kept higher than 15°C / 59°F to ensure good germination.

Transplanting Seal

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Seal is a hardy plant.
