This late maincrop variety produces long, knobbly, pink skinned tubers with butter yellow, waxy flesh, and a distinctive nutty flavour. Potato ‘Pink Fir Apple’ is deservedly and RHS AGM variety. Perfect for boiling, chipping, or eating either hot or cold as a salad potato. Height and spread: 60cm (24”).
