Purple Sensation likes a position of partial sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Purple Sensation is thought of as hardy, so Purple Sensation will tend to go dormant or grow slowly over the winter months.
Growing Purple Sensation from seed
Plant bulbs 2x their diameter or sow seed .5cm deep.
Look to ensure a distance 5.85 inches (15.0 cm) between seeds when sowing - bury at a depth of at least 3.9 inches (10.0 cm) deep.
Transplanting Purple Sensation
Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Purple Sensation is a hardy plant.
