Pluot 'Emerald drop'

You’ll need at least 2 Pluot type trees for fruit production.

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Emerald drop is thought of as very hardy, so this plant will tend to survive through freezing conditions.

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Emerald drop is a very hardy plant.

This variety is a mid season fruit and generally ripens July through August.

Fruit should have a very fruity smell and should give when pressed lightly on the stem end. If fruit feels hard leave it on the tree to fully ripen.

This variety tends to be ready for harvesting by mid summer.
