Lupin 'The Governor'

Prefers protected area with full sun and moist, very well-drained soil. In Northern climates, mulch with leaves or straw after frost.

Plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. The Governor is generally regarded as a hardy plant, so this plant will grow or become dormant during the winter.

Sow after soil warms up in spring or up to 2 months before fall frost. Soak seeds overnight in warm water to help germination.

Sow at a depth of approx. 0.25 inches (0.64 cm) and aim for a distance of at least 2.48 feet (76.2 cm) between Lupin plants.

The Governor is hardy, so ensure you wait until all danger of frost has passed in your area before considering planting outside.
