How to grow Stevia 'Honeyleaf'

Start indoors in late winter. Best grown from rooted cuttings. Where summers are extremely hot stevia can benefit from some afternoon shade.2

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Honeyleaf is thought of as tender, so it is really important to ensure that the outside temperature is well above freezing before planting or moving outdoors. Honeyleaf requires a loamy and sandy soil with a ph of 6.5 - 7.5 - it grows best in weakly acidic soil to weakly alkaline soil.

Ensure that temperatures are mild (minimum night temperatures should be around 21°C / 70°F) and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Honeyleaf is a tender plant.
