As an indoor plant place string of pearls in a bright, sunny west or south window. It can also be placed under fluorescent light for 12 to 16 hours a day. Water thoroughly until water drips out of the drainage hole, usually once a month. Discard water on the drainage saucer if your plant is set on one. Allow potting mixture to dry completely before watering the plant again.¹
