  • Medium

Try to plant in a location that enjoys full sun and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Marsh is thought of as half hardy, so it will need cloching or fleece protection when the temperature dips.

Growing Marsh from seed

Try to ensure a gap of at least 13.00 feet (4.00 metres) when sowing to prevent overcrowding your seedlings. Soil temperature should be kept higher than 60°C / 140°F to ensure good germination.

Transplanting Marsh

Ensure that temperatures are mild and all chance of frost has passed before planting out, as Marsh is a half hardy plant.
