Growing Mignonette from seed

Transplanting Mignonette

This plant can be planted outside whilst at the 4-6 leaf stage. Although the plants are tiny, they will very quickly grow once situated outside.

Mignonette is hardy, so ensure you wait until all danger of frost has passed in your area before considering planting outside.

Harvesting Mignonette

Berries should be harvested when fully dark pink-red – they should come off the plant with a light touch. If you have to tug them off, they’re likely to still be tart.
